Please Subscribe if possible. Your regular contributions will help support and extend the practice life and Buddha field of our esteemed teacher and founder, Kobun Chino Otogawa Roshi.

The Payment, Donate and Subscribe buttons on Giving Money to Jikoji are convenient online ways to contribute directly from your debit or credit card. "Donate" is for a one time contribution, and "Subscribe" is for ongoing regular contributions. You can select the amount from the pull-down menus above Subscribe.

You may specify your intention for your donation by writing it on your check, or by email. (Non-specified donations will be deposited into the General Fund.) Jikoji's funds currently include:

General Fund (for operations and maintenance)
Facility Improvement Fund (for improvements to Jikoji's buildings and infrastructure)
Trail Improvement Fund
Animal Welfare Fund
Teacher's Fund (to provide a modest stipend and pay-related expenses for our Resident Teacher)
Endowment Fund (for this and future centuries)

Jikoji has many significant projects pending; if you would prefer to designate your contribution to a particular project, see Future Projects.

Although there are many ways to contribute, perhaps the most significant is to name Jikoji among your beneficiaries on your 401k and related accounts; even a very small percentage designated for Jikoji can help enormously! Your contribution is tax deductible; Jikoji's tax ID is 94-2874101.
